Privacy Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026

This policy explains what information The Digital Lab collects when you browse the marketplace or purchase a digital asset, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

The Digital Lab ("we", "us", "our") operates a digital marketplace selling n8n workflows, AI agent templates, Power BI dashboards, Notion systems, website templates, prompt packs, digital bundles and AI video guides.

This policy applies to thedigitallab.io and any related storefront, checkout or account pages.

02Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the store and deliver your downloads.

  • Account details — name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
  • Order information — purchased items, order totals and download history.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, search queries and general device/browser information, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Support correspondence — anything you send us when requesting help or a refund.

03How we use your information

We use the data above to:

  • Create and maintain your account, and let you re-download past purchases.
  • Process payments and send order confirmations, receipts and license details.
  • Provide customer support and respond to refund requests.
  • Send product updates and new-drop announcements, only if you opted in.
  • Detect fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Improve the catalog, search and site performance based on aggregated usage trends.

04Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember cart contents and secure checkout. We also use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which categories and assets are popular — this does not involve cross-site ad tracking or selling your browsing data to third parties.

You can block cookies in your browser settings; the storefront will still function, though sign-in and cart persistence may be affected.

05Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the vendors that make the store work:

  • Payment processors, to complete and secure your transaction.
  • Email delivery providers, to send receipts, downloads and (opt-in) newsletters.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, to serve the site and store your files.
  • Analytics providers, on an aggregated, privacy-conscious basis.

06Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see "Your rights" below.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

08Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, hashed credentials and access-controlled infrastructure — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we encourage using a unique password for your account.

09Children's privacy

The Digital Lab is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
