01Acceptance of terms

By accessing thedigitallab.io, creating an account, or purchasing an asset, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

02Description of the service

The Digital Lab is a marketplace for digital, downloadable assets across eight categories: n8n automation workflows, AI agent templates, Power BI dashboards, Notion templates, website templates, digital bundles, prompt packs and AI video generation guides.

All items are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically, and there is no physical inventory.

03Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

04License grant & usage rights

When you purchase an asset — whether individually or through a membership plan — we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own projects and, unless stated otherwise on the product page, in commercial client work.

• You may modify, rebrand and adapt purchased assets for your own or your clients' use.
• You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the raw source files as a standalone product, template store item or stock asset.
• You may not claim authorship of an unmodified asset or use it to build a directly competing marketplace.
• Membership-plan downloads remain licensed for continued use even if your membership later lapses; new downloads require an active plan.

05Payments & plans

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted and are charged at the time of purchase. Membership plans, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled and can be managed from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

06Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute malicious code, or use assets to build tools intended to harm, deceive or defraud others.
• Circumvent purchase, license or access restrictions on the store.
• Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the catalog outside of normal account use.
• Use automated agent templates or prompt packs to generate content that violates applicable law.

07Intellectual property

Assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and The Digital Lab; purchasing an asset grants a license to use it as described above, not ownership of the underlying work. The Digital Lab name, logo and site design are our property and may not be used without permission.

08Third-party tools & integrations

Many assets are designed to work with third-party tools — including n8n, Notion, Microsoft Power BI, and various AI model providers. These are trademarks of their respective owners. The Digital Lab is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. You are responsible for complying with their own terms of service when using purchased assets alongside them.

09Disclaimers & warranties

Assets are provided "as is." While every listing is reviewed before publishing, we do not guarantee that an asset will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific use case. You are responsible for testing and validating any workflow, agent or dashboard before relying on it in production.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Digital Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased asset. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the asset giving rise to the claim.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse our refund process. You may close your account at any time; previously purchased licenses remain valid.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Digital Lab is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
