Refund Policy
Last updated July 24, 2026
Every listing on The Digital Lab states exactly what's included in the package. Our refund policy is built around that: if something explicitly listed is genuinely missing from what you receive, we'll refund a fair percentage of the price — this page explains exactly how.
01How our refund policy works
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don't offer open-ended "no questions asked" refunds for change of mind. Instead, our policy is tied directly to listing accuracy: every product page lists what's included in the package, and we guarantee that package matches what you receive.
If a specific component listed on the product page — a workflow, template, prompt file, or any other part of the advertised bundle — is missing from your download, you're entitled to a partial refund reflecting that component's share of the purchase, not a full refund of the order.
02Partial refunds for missing package items
This is the core of our policy, so here's exactly how it works:
- Eligibility: the missing item must be explicitly named on the product page — under "What's included," in the description, or in the file list — not something you expected but wasn't actually listed.
- Refund amount: we calculate a percentage of the purchase price proportional to that item's share of the whole package. For example, if a bundle advertises five components and one is missing, you can typically expect a refund in the region of 20% — the exact figure is assessed case by case based on that item's relative value within the package.
- Time window: requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The rest of your order — and your license to the parts that were delivered correctly — is unaffected. A partial refund doesn't require returning or losing access to the components you did receive.
03Full refunds — billing errors
Separately from the above, we issue full refunds for genuine billing mistakes:
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same item.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and haven't yet downloaded it.
04Not eligible for a refund
To keep this fair and predictable for both sides, the following are not refundable:
- Change of mind or general dissatisfaction when every component listed on the product page was actually delivered.
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Requests that don't identify which specific listed item is missing.
- Compatibility issues with your own tools, accounts or environment that are outside our control (for example, a discontinued third-party API or an outdated n8n/Notion version).
05How to request a refund
Email contact@thedigitallab.io with your order number and the exact item from the product's description or "What's included" list that's missing from your download. A screenshot comparing the listing to what you received speeds things up considerably. Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days.
06Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
07Chargebacks
If something's wrong with your order, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly and faster than a bank or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
